Announcement #1
Please accept this letter of introduction from The Phillips Mill Photographic Exhibition (PMPE.) Kindly review our official 2009 PMPE Call For Art, attached in this e-mail along with our formal invitation. We hope you will pass both on to your club membership.
This exhibition floods the senses with its national submission base of photographic artists ranging from professional to hobbyist. Every Spring, our gallery exhibit is open for three weeks. There is no show of its kind with such a broad range of subject and medium. The PMPE is often referred to as “…the best show on the east coast…”
Our two-tiered juried exhibition places great value on the body of work concept. Historically, the exhibit has been a balance of the traditional wet-room and digital processes. As well as accepting hard copy framed artwork, we have implemented a complete on-line process for the digital artist. An all-inclusive method of submission can be accessed through the PMPE website.
