ELIGIBILITY            Open to those photographers who hand-deliver their work to the Watchung Arts Center on Saturday, October 30th from 1pm-4pm.  We welcome all photography-based imagery.

INSTRUCTIONS : Please read the attached document (2010_prospectus) for full details.

FEE $20 for every 2 pieces submitted. Checks must be made payable to Nancy Ori.

DEADLINES Receiving day…………………………………………… Saturday, October 30, 1-4pm

Opening reception………………………………………. Sunday, November 7, 1-4 pm

Pick up of declined work ………….. month of Nov only (call for hours, 908.753.0190)

Show moves to Children’s Hospital……………………..Saturday, November 27, 10am

Pick up of accepted work…………………………….…….Saturday, January 29, 10am

Everyone must sign for work as it is picked up.

AWARDS Awards of Excellence and Merit

SALES All work should be for sale at a fair market value.  The Watchung Arts Center will handle sales and requires a 30% commission.  The Children’s Hospital requests a donation.

JURORS Stephen McKenzie: Manager, Newark Museum Arts Workshop; MFA, Rutgers University; Mason Gross School of the Arts, Inventor of Mega-Print printing process.

Ken Hubbard: Advertising, training for new products and technology, and Trade Show Supervisor for Tamron USA, Inc.; portrait and fine art photographer.

Ellen Denuto: Professional photographer in Portraiture, Fashion and Products. Exhibiting fine art photographer and instructor; past president of ASMP.

George will discuss some of the most exciting new imaging options that are redefining the field of photography. This includes how to shoot macro & landscape photos with unlimited depth of field, high ISO images with low noise, “gigaramas,” and daytime lightning captures, along with demonstrating some amazing software.
